Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains billing confirmation, service delivery, cancellation, and refund boundaries for bhvinsights services.

Manual confirmation

During the founding phase, applications and member access are confirmed manually. The website does not provide automatic checkout before service scope and onboarding details are confirmed.

Service delivery

After confirmation, members may receive access to notes, workshop materials, replays, templates, community discussions, learning sessions, and member resources depending on the selected plan.

Cancellation before access

Applicants may cancel before billing confirmation or before member access is opened by contacting support@bhvinsights.com.

Refund principle

If access has not been opened and core learning materials or live services have not started, applicants may request cancellation and refund. Once member access has opened, core materials have been delivered, or live services have started, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed in writing.

Special cases

Duplicate charges, mistaken charges, cancelled services, or access issues will be reviewed case by case. Refund timing may depend on the billing provider or bank.
