No individualized instructions

We do not make choices on behalf of members, manage member profiles, or provide individualized instructions based on a person's private circumstances.

Application-based access

Some member services are application-based. Submitting an application does not guarantee access. We may review fit, capacity, service scope, and onboarding requirements before opening a member home.
